2024 Priorities

We are ready to build more homes! When? Using no state or government funding, we cannot begin construction until we receive at least donations or multi-year pledges from the community equal to 75% of the estimated $1,000,000 cost to build and furnish each home. Contact us today if you would like to help fund a home or discuss available naming opportunities for your family or organization.

Other priorities include maintenance/storage building; barn renovation; outdoor fitness area; walk/bike track; farmers market area; and ADA fishing pier.

very blessed to live here, it’s our obligation to make sure that everybody has a place. What could be more important than providing a place where some of our most vulnerable citizens can find
joy and meaning in their lives.”

-Phyllis and Jim Lackey, BrightStone board member.

Phase 1 Design, Construction, and Banking Partners

BrightStone is grateful for the compassion and expertise of Gamble Design Collaborative who designed our Master Site Plan and to our renowned architects, Earl Swensson Associates (ESa) – both provided their services at no cost to BrightStone.  Our constuction partners included Solomon Builders (general contractor), Civil Site Design Group (engineers), and DeFatta Custom Homes (home builder). FirstBank was our construction loan funding partner.
