Land of Dreams Capital Campaign

Our Land of Dreams is making dreams come true for families and individuals who have special needs. Our 140-acre property; 23,000 Stinnett Center for Learning, Art and Enterprise; and two residential homes (pictured below) – plus many other facilities we will add in the future – will allow BrightStone to grow into a model facility in the nation. Our Land of Dreams is already the first facility of its kind in Tennessee.

“As a resident of Williamson County and someone who feels
very blessed to live here, it’s our obligation to make sure that everybody has a place. What could be more important than providing a place where some of our most vulnerable citizens can find
joy and meaning in their lives.”

-Phyllis and Jim Lackey, BrightStone board member.

Phase 1 Design, Construction, and Banking Partners

BrightStone is grateful for the compassion and expertise of Gamble Design Collaborative who designed our Master Site Plan and to our renowned architects, Earl Swensson Associates (ESa) – both provided their services at no cost to BrightStone.  Our constuction partners included Solomon Builders (general contractor), Civil Site Design Group (engineers), and DeFatta Custom Homes (home builder). FirstBank was our construction loan funding partner.
