STARS of the Week – Jessica and Jenny!

Jenny smiled so bright when she was selected as "Class Star!" We love to hear her proudly announce "Jenny's Here! when she comes in the door each day. Jenny's BrightStone favorites include riding the exercise bike, working in ceramics, bowling, working puzzles, and helping to serve lunch!

Congrats Jenny!

Jessica has worked very hard to earn the honor of being "Class Star!" She is a helpful young lady and when she's not at BrightStone, she loves listening to country music, playing with her dogs, helping in the kitchen and eating Red Lobster. During her days at BrightStone, she enjoys walking with her exercise group, working in consumables, going to the park, and clearing tables after break.

Way to go, Jessica!

STARS of the Week–Sean and Kate!

Sean is one of our newest  BrightStone students!  He is usually quiet, but has a dry sense of humor that keeps us on our toes!  He is adjusting to our schedule and he says his favorite BrightStone activities are working in the paint room, practicing his computer skills, helping cook lunch and playing basketball at the YMCA. Kate accepted this honor with grace!  She is a hard worker and is dedicated to BrightStone.  Some of her favorite things to do at BrightStone are working in ceramics, bowling, computer games, helping serve lunch and walking with her exercise group.

STARS of the Week–Adam and Jennifer

We are sad that Adam will soon be moving to Nashville; we will all miss him!  A special thing about Adam is that he always asks to say the prayer before lunch.  Although the students take turns, he volunteers to say it when our prayer person is absent.  He always says a great prayer from his heart.  Adam says his favorite BrightStone activities are working in mixes, doing research on the computer, helping cook lunch and yoga class. Jennifer is full of fun and laughter.  She is friendly and never meets a stranger.  These qualities make her perfect for her part-time job as a bagger at Harris Teeter in Brentwood.  Her favorite BrightStone activities include working in ceramics, learning games on the computer, helping serve lunch, riding the exercise bikes and bowling.
